She was very warm and welcoming. She explained everything that she would be doing during his appointment. I was given a courtesy text 30 minutes before letting me know he was almost ready and when I picked him up he was so happy. He was very clean, and his cut was so cute!!! She even gave me some good recipes to try out for him. We’ll be going back in six weeks. Thank you for the professional and caring service!!

Dinesha did a great job with my baby girl cleo. The end result was fantastic but its not all about the end result from start to finish Dinesha knows how to take care of her clients. I found her on google gave her a call and was able to book quickly and easily. She answered all my questions, got me in 3 days after I called, sent reminders, messaged me with all the information I needed to know prior to my apt including vax records to keep the dogs safe. After I left her there (which was a quick hour) Dinesha messaged me for pic up and not only do the results speak for themselves but my gf saw Cleo after and loved the scents used on her. If you are ever wondering where to take your pup save the stress and come here it worth it.

My dog walked in as a scruffy barking and growling pup....and walked out like a little Poodle Princess! I was worried as this was her first groom, but HiKlas Pets handled her little scrappy butt with no problem. Called and got in that week! We will definitely return for our next groom!

My dog is a bit…..rambunctious to say the least and she was very caring and attentive to my Trinity. She smelled good and was so soft. We’ve only been twice so far but she has a customer for life!

We’ve been looking for a new groomer for our Phoebe for a bit now. Phoebe has had some not so great experiences in the past. We took her to Hiklas pets today and could be more happy with the experience. Top notch from the word go. She communicated well with us, made sure we got exactly what we asked of her and made Phoebe feel comfortable as well. There’s no question that this is her passion. We love that and we will ABSOLUTELY be back. Thank you!!
