Highland Veterinary Clinic

My horse and I got to meet Dr. Chad yesterday for the first time. His quality of care, cleanliness of facilities, fairness of price, and personability exceeded my expectations. He addressed all of my concerns, and even found things that I had not noticed, which is a big deal for me as I am a helicopter mom! The technicians that I worked with were also very knowledgeable and helpful. All the staff seemed to genuinely care about my patient. You don’t see that kind of service much in Western Oklahoma, I am glad I found Highland! And I will be visiting again for all my veterinary needs.

Had an urgent puppy issue while our usual Vet was out of town. We begged every vet in the area to at least see us and determine if we required emergency care and were dismissed by each. Until we called Highland. They squeezed us in right away and quickly called us back to the exam room. Our rather antisocial pup was comfortable immediately. They took him for testing and checked in every few minutes with updates and gave frequent reassurances. We left with all three of us feeling much better. Best part is they didn’t price gouge us even with an urgent care visit. The price was beyond reasonable for the peace of mind we received. Highly, highly recommend this clinic for any dog needs.

Would choose no stars if possible. Don’t bring your animals here unless you’re prepared to pay a ton of money, for no real reason when you can get the same services cheaper quite literally ANYWHERE else. My dog was extremely ill and I rushed to bring him here because it’s closest to my house and once they told me how much it would be (over $500 for some IV fluids and activated charcoal) I said give him back I guess he can just die at home I can’t afford that take him off everything now. I only had $50 and told them as much. They had him for maybe 5 minutes, all they did was give him some activated charcoal and now I’ve been harassed via mail, not even a phone call about an outstanding balance. I paid $50 that day for NOTHING to be done and now they want to try and get more money for nothin

Needed an urgent care appointment for my dog. His regular veterinarian was on vacation. They fit me in the schedule, gave him excellent care, and released him with medicine and after care instructions. The staff are all professional and friendly. I highly recommend this practice, and my dog does, too.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! THEY WILL COME BACK 10x WORSE THAN HOW YOU LEFT THEM!!! Took my dogs to be boarded—some point during the visit they claim that one of our dogs ripped her toenail off. Did they call? NOPE!! Instead we find out when they CHARGED US FOR TREATMENT!!!! WILL BE FINDING A WAY TO REPORT THIS CLINIC!!!! Not to mention other charges for things we did not agree to.
