Dr. Gilbert, and the staff at High Valley are the absolute best! They are most capable, loving and caring. If you love your pet, you can confidently put your trust in Dr. Gilbert and the wonderful staff, Patty, Ellie, Jayden and the entire staff!

I had an emergency and found this gem on my phone. While the Vet told me she was not able to fit me in, she took the time to look at my cat and access that she was calming down and she didn't feel we were in emergency danger. The receptionist and another girl from the back comforted me with kind words. This little bit of niceness made all the difference in the world. I was able to continue on my trip and I'm happy to say my cat is fine. I plan on making High Valley my new vet. I live nowhere near and I don't care. They are just good people and I won't forget this. I was a wreck. Thank you all! Hope to see you soon for a wellness check.

Why didn’t I come here sooner?!?! This place is amazing. Dr Gilbert and his staff are so wonderful, so knowledgeable, and just all around great people. Prices are the friendliest I’ve ever found from Lakeside, to Chula to Temecula. They didn’t try to sell me on any unnecessary treatments for my cat, including vaccinations, that at her tender age of 17 she didn’t need. Because they’re not corporate they don’t have an expensive of ridiculous things they have to do before rendering care. Both my cat and I hate going to the Vet, but I know that at High Valley she’ll receive the best care at the best rate and that makes coming here a little easier.

Highly recommend, we had to bring Walter our Jack Russel in after a rattlesnake bite, the staff are wonderful, and the Dr Gilbert new exactly what to do, very caring and took the time to talk with us when we picked Walter up at the end of the day. Straightforward caring treatment. Even as an emergency they were able to accommodate us. Thank you. Walter is on the mend.
