Hidden Acres Kennel

A couple years ago, we boarded two of our dogs together. One pup was rushed to the vet the day we came home & died of kidney failure the day after... Our other pup was healthy when we returned. When we picked the pups up, the staff told us they'd nicknamed him "sad sack" because he was vomiting so much. I believe they thought his vomiting was stress-induced, from being boarded... I wish they would've taken him to the vet or at least told us he'd stopped eating. My spouse works at an ER vet, so our dog's health was easily checked before being boarded. Both dog's bloodwork etc. was healthy. The vet that checked Flash wrote Hidden Acres a letter, telling them that Flash may have survived if they'd sought veterinary care... We just came home too late to save him. I don't think Hidden Acres

Excellent service and they really care about each individual animal that they board. Attention to detail is paramount as they want to make your pets stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They even email you about how your dog is doing and I have even heard that they will even text you pictures of your pet during their stay. Highly recommend Hidden Acres! Thanks again Jordan.

Brought my girl for boarding in December, first time ever boarding, and she loved it. He has a huge space for them to run and play all day. She's going back for boarding soon. He was referred by a friend. Will definitely refer him to others.

Jordan is super helpful and easy to communicate with. Our dog had severe anxiety issues and she was always given thoughtful care and special attention to keep her as comfortable as possible. The dogs play together in the yard, which is absolutely essential for lots of dogs' happiness. Lots of kennels don't do this at all, keeping them isolated in runs for all but a few moments each day. This comes with the risks of your dog being around other dogs; for us that is easily worth it.
