I am sure my review was accidentally deleted right? So ill do it again.because people should know. You gave a prescription for food...no medicine just food. You would not let us purchase anywhere except Amazon and your took forever to approve it both tines we bought it. We only got it 2 times and then you stopped. It was helping a ton but you stopped and now say we were never your patients? Come on. You know we was. So now my poor cats is suffering bleeding as he uses litter box because of your pettiness. Because we couldn't come pick up medicine one time because my fiance works on call and wasn't here. So you did all this stopped the food and sent my poor cat into misery for that. Then I left a review with pics and it vanishes. But this is all true I have the receipts and proof from Ama

Highly recommend! Twice in the past 3 months my fur baby has had an emergency, both times (once I called ahead) I was told bring him right away. Once there, Doc gave him a quick exam, then told me to leave him there so he could keep an eye on him and run some tests. I was really afraid I was going to lose my baby, he wasnt eating, drinking, very lethargic and in pain. After running tests and some comprehensive blood work, he was diagnosed with Lyme disease and treated appropriately. Prices are reasonable, and both me and my little fur baby was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you Hi-Rock team! You guys ROCK! ~~~FOREVER GRATEFUL ~~~

I have used this vet for approximately 20 years. As a former breeder, I have extensive experience with dogs. Recently, I had to put my chocolate Lab to sleep. Because of my emotional attachment, I asked my grandson to take him to the office to be euthanized. There was not one iota of compassion demonstrated; and my grandson left a negative review. The lack of compassion included putting him on the floor to administer the shot, and then forcing him to step over the dead dog to leave the room. This dog, whose name was Tootsie Role, had been a member of our family since she was born. Obviously, there was alot of emotions involved. And so my grandson appropriately left a negative review. I had my five-month-old kitten spayed at Hi-Rock AnimalHospital, and I have been very satisfied with the experience thus far. The veterinarians were friendly, and the procedure went smoothly. I was impressed by the small and clean incision, which has been healing quickly and well. My kitten was able to move around pretty well the very next morning and has had a relatively easy recovery, considering she just had surgery. To me, this indicates the skill, experience, and compassion of the veterinary team. I truly appreciate their gentle and attentive care of my sweet kitten. Thank you!
