Absolutely horrible place!!! They “helped” remove cats from a hoarding case where the home was foreclosed. Only issue is they didn’t help. They put sick cats in kennels that needed antibiotics, eye enucleations and dentals. Their vet TIFFANY BOGART is heartless disgrace of a human being. Her and the vet tech BRIDGET do NOT care about animals. They were going to release these animals 2 streets from the foreclosed home still sick and with no feeder. These cats lived in a building, it may of not had electricity but they were NOT use to the elements. Thank fully rescues were able to step in once they found out about the situation This HORRIBLE facility didn’t contact the rescues. They tried to HIDE the whole situation but thankfully a brave volunteer spoke up because what they were doing was

The customer service here is awful at least from the front desk lady with the brown hair. She has a terrible attitude and was incredibly rude for no reason. if you find a stray please do not leave them here.

This place is an absolute joke! I'm waiting over an hour. I could have been acknowledged and been told about the policy change and saved me a lot of time. You have several people working out front but only one can do the licensing and understand it's a county job but come on people have lives and things to do!

I adopted Teddy my cat back last December in 2024. I had a great experience here and he’s honestly been the best cat. He doesn’t scratch up furniture, he uses his toys and his Scratching post. He’s so well mannered. I always say shelter animals are the best and they are so thankful to have a great home. ADOPT DONT SHOP!

Adopted our 1st dog here and now getting our 2nd also. They are a great place! People are awesome, they make the process so quick and easy. We've been to other places that make it so difficult to adopt its almost like they don't want to get the dogs into a home. The dogs all seem so happy and friendly here! Really can't say enough good things about this shelter.
