Heritage Veterinary Clinic

We love this veterinary clinic. My pups and I followed Dr. Jones here but every single person we've interacted with here has been excellent with my animals, and kind in general. Their lobby and general building is set up perfectly for all types of animals' personalities, which is much appreciated as someone with relatively reactive dogs. I also love that they keep some day-of slots open for non-emergent but last minute visit needs. It might be a bit more expensive than other veterinary practices, but it is VET OWNED and not CORPORATE OR PRIVATE EQUITY OWNED, so the level of care you get it much higher AND the staff are treated better. You get what you pay for!

Heritage VC is clean and well run with pleasant, caring staff. My cats mainly see Dr Gillette. I appreciate her willingness to talk with me about my cats' care. She is very clear and sensible. Very happy to have a good clinic nearby.

❤️‍🩹saying goodbye to your pet❤️‍🩹 I am from out of town and my dog was acting strange so I called a few vets around. Heritage was the only spot that could get me in and told me to bring my dog in right away. The doctor was patient and honest with me, and I made the extremely difficult choice to say goodbye to my best friend. The staff was unbelievable. I had never set foot in their office before and the entire staff was so compassionate, patient and understanding. They answered every question, sat with me while I waited for my boyfriend to arrive, and left a meaningful impact on me with the way they cared for us and my pet. I chose to have my pet cremated and when I picked up the remains, the receptionist tenderly handled the package and came from behind the desk to give me a hug. The

Over 40 years with all of our Furry Family members being cared for by the loving family at this Clinic. We are so thankful for Kelley who has been with us for many of those years and knows how to truly comfort us when we have outlived our Furry family members. Thank you Dr. Luke for giving our Daisey such wonderful care . We are blessed and will all miss Daisey after her 17+ years with is. God bless you and your family.

Called in early evening it was an emergency and they met me there and cared greatly for my kitten. Dr.'s are compassionate and staff so polite and caring even sent me home with food. Thankfully Bella is already feeling better.
