Heritage Pet

We have been going to Heritage Pet in Parker for over 10 years, and there is truly no place we trust more with our dogs. The entire team is amazing, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, but Jacque is truly exceptional. Jacque has always shown incredible care, compassion, and concern for our dogs. She treats them like they’re her own and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy, safe, and well cared for. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and that love shows in the way she cares for every pet that walks through the door. We absolutely love Jacque and are so grateful for her and the entire Heritage Pet team. After all these years, we still wouldn’t trust our dogs anywhere else. Heritage Pet is family to us, and Jacque is a huge reason why. 🐾❤️

Alyssa did her usual outstanding job on the did. She has been great working with our aging dog. She will make observations that are helpful in maintaining the dog’s well being. The staff at the desk are welcoming helpful.

Oliver absolutely LOVES his spa days with Brandi at Heritage Pet! She is incredible at what she does, so gentle, patient, and caring. He always comes home looking extra cute and feeling great. Brandi goes above and beyond, and you can truly see her heart for animals in every detail. We wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Alissa did a great job grooming our mini Goldendoodle Ellie. She had to cut her leg hair very close due to matting, but not quite so closely on her face and body. Her ears are sparkling clean inside!

Brandi is amazing! Our family has been taking our 2 dogs to Heritage Pet for at least 7 years if not closer to 9-10 at this point and we've only seen Miley for grooming but when Miley let us know she moving out of state, it was time to switch. We had seen Brandi over the years and knew our boys would be in great hands especially with Miley's recommendation but still, change can be tricky. Today was their first grooming with Brandi and she went above and beyond!! Without me having to explain specific cuts, etc she had already reviewed the notes left by Miley and made sure we were aligned and more! Little things like having their kennel prepped and cozy before we walked in along with making sure timing for the day/pickup worked with our schedule. Communication through text after drop-off w
