Heritage Oaks has been the best clinic for my pack. Kelly, the receptionist, provides exceptional customer service for all of my dogs. She is highly knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and a wonderful multi-tasker. She does everything with a smile and positive attitude, even if customers are being rude. The veterinary technicians do a thorough job explaining everything to me, before taking my dogs back for their visit and/or shots. They know I suffer from anxiety, that is especially triggered being there, worrying about my fur babies. Heritage Oaks gets a 5 star from us! We have been taking our cat and dog to them for a few years now. We recently went in for an annual exam and all the staff was friendly and handled our fur babies with so much love and care. Today we went in to get our dog checked for an injury. Staff once again was AMAZING! We dropped her off so she could have xrays done. When they were finished they gave me a call and explained everything in detail. When we picked up our fur baby the staff was super compassionate and non hesitant to answer any questions we had. We absolutely love heritage oaks vet hospital. Also they will make up a treatment plan and pricing before seeing your animal so there is no questions on how much it will cost. Thank you for loving our babies and highly recommend 💜

Heritage Oaks is a wonderful clinic, we’ve taken our pets there for years. This is a shout out to Kelly, who always makes us feel welcome. She’s professional and very personable, a great asset.

The entire staff at Dr Vilchez office are very committed to a positive experience for you and your pet. I love seeing everyone there, but my Vizsla Blaze (lovingly known as “ chicken weenie”) has to be carried in the door. Once inside he’s always fine. Don’t hesitate to use Heritage Oaks. I had to have my dog of 14 years put down. They were so wonderful. I was able to hold him as he took his last breath. They gave me a wooden box with his named engraved on it with his ashes. Wild flowers with some of his ashes and his paw print. And the staff was so kind. Definitely recommend this place!
