They are checked out… Very disappointed in our appointments the last few years…. we have been bringing our dog there since her birth 7 years ago. They literally don’t due simple due diligence before your appointment of looking at her report and recent events. YOU WOULD THINK IT WAS OUR FIRST VISIT BASED ON THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE\CARE ABOUT OUR DOG…. Not our 7th strait year going there for everything…. And my dog is in bad shape and I’m starting to think it’s their garbage recommendations…. and every time we do an appointment they offer less and less information, less and less empathy and less and less actual services and charge more and more nickel and dimming you… literally getting irritated if you ask how much each thing is while in a economic recession 😂…. They act now as if your dog is

Would not recommend Heritage to anyone. My dog has been scheduled for mass removal surgery and a dental procedure for months, and every time I take him they have had to cancel on me and push out the surgery further and further. I understand that things come up, but at this point it's affecting my dog's health. It's unfortunate be because at one point they were great. Now I have to get my dog into a new vet and go through the process of getting him looked at and rescheduled for his procedure. If you can't accommodate people and their pets then stop booking.

My dog went in for a cleaning and came out with 6 missing teeth without consent, is now limping from several attempts at placing an IV and has green pus coming out of one eye. I took my 2 pugs on for cleanings last year and we dropped them off at 8 am and they didn’t finish them until 7 pm. I thought it was a fluke because we have been going there without issues for years so I signed up for a cleaning this year. Again, dropped my dog off at 9 am and didn’t get him back until 8 pm. He was left in a cage without food all day. We DID NOT consent to any extractions, and the phones turn off at 6 pm so we couldn’t even get an update on him until we were given a call to come get him. He looks like he had been severely mistreated 2 days out. You cannot perform surgery without consent which we did

The care for our new puppy was great!

This is hands down the best and most affordable vet in the area. My mom originally started going here and I soon followed. All the staff is amazing. I am always in and out and for a fraction of the cost of typical vets nearby. My mom has gotten amazing and passionate care for her dog while going here.
