I really wanted to like this place. Was referred by furry friends. We took our 2 kittens in for vacations and deworming. They were very unprofessional. I had an appt at 5 but didn’t get in until 5:45. The vet did not handle the kittens with care at all. She shoved the shots in. The kittens squealed! I have seen a lot of vaccines given but never like they did it. One she misplaced so she had to stick the kitten again with absolute no care at all. Then she made me wait another 35 minutes without telling me where she went to make a medicine the kittens did not need and I did not ask her for then charged me a ridiculous fee for something I didn’t need. Worst vet experience ever!! Will never go back. Surprised they are even in business. The only good thing was the guy in the office was very ni

They where so kind and they accepted our coupons from the Bismarck humane society! That really helped out and got a multiple cat discount 🤗💜 thank you for treating my babies like family.💜

They were very unprofessional about how they handle things. Very overpriced had to pay for my dog being resuscitated back to life because she flatlined on the table. Will never go back.

Vet is very nice and so is her assistant. They both clearly like animals and are good with them. Prices are the best in town.
