Helping PAW

I am very fortunate for getting spaying at such a low cost for my two bunnies. They were really good with my bunnies. The only problem I had was lack of communication through the process and how I wasn’t told that I needed two carriers before hand. I would’ve also liked to speak to the actual doctor instead of just the receptionist. I did get to speak with the vet assistant though briefly. Also for their medication a tube was missing. They also should’ve provided me with critical care because my babies were barely eating after or if they didn’t have to tell me about getting that if needed. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone after I got them spayed and I really needed to speak to someone. Despite some cons my bunnies are healthy and back to themselves. Thank you to Claire and Victoria who were so kind and reassuring. I got both my dogs spayed 6 months apart at this same place and they have both healed rapidly! I took my puppy to get spayed and get her hernia repaired, staff was very communicative throughout the whole process (from booking to aftercare). It’s such a great price for good service. Definitely recommend taking your pet and donating a little extra if you can.

We got our 4 year old cat neutered here today . The experience was easy and well done . Everyone was helpful , welcoming & put our mind at ease . Making our appointment & check in was a breeze . I was very nervous about my cat going through any changes but they made it so simple . I would highly recommend Helping Paw to any pet parent . It was clean & a nice environment that I felt comfortable leaving Kitty at. We arrived a little earlier than our 7:55 am appointment, they checked us in and by 12 we had our kitty in the car heading home safe and sound . It was pleasant and I’m very happy I found this place !

Helping Paw is a life saver when you don't want to be robbed by the local vets who charge you for a consult and charge you for everything under the sun..I was able to get a 7.am apps and pick Pirate up by 12 and paid under $200..for him to get shots, neutered,and HiV test..so highly recommend and if you have low income they provide additional discount..Thank you so much.
