You can truly tell how much she loves what she does. She always takes the time to explain everything, and makes me feel completely at ease during every visit. Zico is always well cared for, and that means everything to me. I highly recommend her!

Finally found a vet that actually cares for your pet! Dr Rivas took great care of my fur baby’s lacerated paw and I couldn’t be more happy. The staff was amazing! The pricing is super reasonable! This will be our new personal care.

It's the best vet in Miami area. I've tried several places in southern FL area. Helpet in Miami genuinely cares for each pet. I've been bringing my dog (14yo now) for the past 5 yrs and have not had any issue with this vet. They explain everything thoroughly, take time with you and your pet, kindly check up on your pet after surgeries, trustworthy, and professional. Dr. Rivas and his team are excellent group of people. You can bring your pets without a doubt or second thought to this vet office.

I've been going there with my dog + 3 cats for about four years. We've always had a good experience, from the basic vaccines to stressful medical scares. Every single person we've worked with has shown such care with the animals & patience with us, explaining every single thing so clearly and taking the time to answer all our questions. In my opinion, Helpet is truly the best veterinary clinic in Miami. Before finding Helpet, I went through several clinics trying to find the right place for my dogs. I have two special dogs, each with their own medical condition, and for a long time I felt anxious and unsure if we were receiving the right care.
