I’ve been coming here for years with different pets, and I can honestly say this is the best vet in Louisiana. They’re old school in the best way. They arent out to make money off sick pets. I always know my animals will be listened to and cared for. The staff is wonderful too! You might wait a bit even with an appointment, but that’s only because they don’t rush through visits. They take their time with every animal, and it really shows how much they care.

Horrible. First off it is caked in dust in therm and tools that should be sanitized were not. All over the sink there was caked dirt. They attempted to use a temp taker with poop on it already in my dog and I had to stop him, he wiped it with the already dirty towel. Second, for the stool sample I am sure something painful was used or didn't fit as I heard my dog scream like l've never heard. In that moment I decided it was a definite no. He came back to me covered in feces all over. Again I had to ask to wipe him (photos are after) because how was i supposed to carry him out like that? I felt horrible having bought my child here. He was unlike himself the rest of the day.

Brought in my ailing cat, Blackie, after quite and extensive conversation explaining test results and what May or may not help, we decided the best result was to euthanize my sweet boy, he was almost 18:years old and his back legs just stopped working in just days. The decision was so difficult but, the vet and vet associates were so comforting. When we went to pick up his ashes, they were in a beautiful carved wooden box, I will have a brass plate made to commemorate my sweet big boy.

The staff is so welcoming and the doctors are very knowledgeable. They helped my fur baby and made my kiddos feel happy to be there as well!

These amazing people are the absolute best. They truly care for the animals. I had my Bailey for 16 years and he got very sick. They diagnosed things on him i had no clue he had been suffering from for a while because other vets didn't catch it. Sadly we didn't catch them in time but they did everything to make sure he wasn't hurting and helped me. Their kindness is very comforting. Now I have a new puppy, Denver, and they were once again just amazing in their care for her and talked through everything with me. They are more pricey than Associated Vet but the care and knowledge they have is priceless. I will never take my babies to another vet. I have complete trust in these people and all they do. And thank them for all they do.
