Can’t say enough good things about Charlie Grooming! My furry friend, Charlie, has been a regular visitor every five months, and each time, the experience exceeds my expectations. From the moment we step through the door, the staff at Charlie Grooming exudes professionalism and warmth. They greet us with genuine enthusiasm, making both Charlie and me feel instantly at ease. What truly sets Charlie Grooming apart is their exceptional care and attention to detail. Charlie always returns home looking immaculate, with his coat trimmed to perfection. It’s evident that the groomers take pride in their work, as they go above and beyond to ensure every pet looks and feels their best. But it’s not just about the grooming—Charlie always comes home with a wagging tail and a big smile on his face.

I have 2 small/medium dogs and they always always always do an amazing job. So clean and thorough! My littlest one is a feisty 8 month Pomeranian, and I always feel nervous about her getting groomed. But they really do a great job every time. We absolutely love it here. We don’t go anywhere else if we can help it, because they treat our dogs so well!

We’ve been coming here for six years, and I absolutely love Mr. and Mrs. Kim. I have two dogs—one is easygoing, while the other is very anxious—but the Kims have been so kind and accommodating of Eevee’s anxiety all these years, which I truly appreciate. Their setup gives me peace of mind. I really value that they don’t take the dogs behind closed doors where you can’t see what’s happening. Their facility is always clean, and they consistently do an excellent job. I trust them completely with my children.

I have a albino Westie, so it is very important to her health that no perfumed soaps are used on her skin, and no water near her eyes. My love baby was very well taken care of and not nervous when left or picked up, which was a miracle in itself. Her trim was exactly as I wanted it. Very pleased with the care they showed her, and I was extremely impressed with how clean and kind the owner is. The dog cookie we left with was gobbled up before I made it to the light by my very picky doggy too.

I can tell the owners do not love dogs. I've been there 2 or 3 times, and my dog gets really scared. I've changed groomers now, but I WOULD NOT recommend this place if you love your dog. This place is overpriced.
