High Quality Veterinary Experience 🐾 It was a priority task to research and find the best veterinary practices for our furry babies. So the first call was brief. For sure they didn’t not gave all the information on call. So, I stopped by and learn about the services and pricing. They are fully booked and in high demand in Jersey City area. The staff is kind and blunt. Love pets and are there to help. They take care of profile building and giving priority slots. The Parking 🅿️ is available on the back of the building. Street parking is also available. Prices are reasonable, most services are available under $125. Center is clean, well maintained and equipped with tools, multiple care providers and doctors 🥼 So, it’s a win 🏆 to go and get everything done at one place. But, take time t

I've brought both my cats here for treatment and to get their nails done. The staff is super friendly and very empathetic to me and my concerns. I highly recommend this place if you have a pet. I also suggest getting pet insurance and a Care Card for surprise sicknesses. Now a days having this is the best protection against any pop up issues. These are important regardless of where you go.

I have two dogs and have been going to Heights Vet for over 10 years. I have been going for their high-quality service and the compassion and sensitivity of Jennifer and Dr. Capelli. Recently, however, the customer service has deteriorated markedly. Last year, one of my dogs had a severe cold, and Dr. Capelli made sure I could see her on a very late afternoon of a holiday weekend. This year, a different dog sustained minor eye irritation, and I called them distressed. First, they told me I had to go to a different clinic. (This is the third time I've called and been turned away to go to a different clinic.) Then they told me I could come in, but Dr. Snarski said it would be considered an urgent appointment, so I had to pay $216 for the exam, not including the required eye drops (Tota

DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMAL HERE...I brought my 1 year old cat here because he drank some Christmas tree water. He was acting perfectly normal, purring, cuddling, and playing, he just vomited bile a couple of times and wasn't eating or drinking for 2 days. As concerned pet parents we wanted to get him checked out. His physical was perfectly fine but they fear mongered us into getting blood work done and an IV of fluids and anti-nausea medication due to possible liver failure, by the way he was not in liver failure. The medication was supposed to help him, instead it made him even worse. He became completely lethargic, not wanting to move at all, and is still not eating or drinking 24 hours later, a side effect of the medication that was supposed to help him, but they did not tell us that was

As a first-time pet parent, I was pretty anxious after discovering my puppy had worms. I researched nearby vets with good reviews and found Heights Veterinary Associates, which is super close to me. I called them in the morning, and they were able to see my puppy that same day! From the moment we arrived, the experience was incredible. My puppy was greeted with love and plenty of pets! Addy at the front desk was so warm, efficient, and clearly a huge animal lover (see the picture of my happy pup with her goodies!). Dr. Capelli came over to examine my puppy and was incredibly thorough. She explained everything in detail, ensuring I understood the best steps to keep my puppy healthy. Her warmth and expertise brought me so much comfort, and she answered all my questions patiently. My puppy f
