I took my cat here to get groomed when her matted coat became too unmanageable for me to handle. Wasn’t sure how she was going to react but they said she did great and she looks just gorgeous ☺️ while I was waiting in the lounge, 3 different dog owners came in to pick up or drop off their dogs for the daycare. Every one of them expressed how excited the dogs are when they get to come stay and play at Petlantis! One lady even said her dog likes it there more than being at home. What a great indication knowing your pets feel happy and safe. The staff were extremely friendly as well. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Anna and her team are absolutely amazing! I truly appreciate how welcomed and well taken care of you always make me and my girls feel. Even though we have inconsistent visits, they always come out looking fantastic—like brand new dogs! Thank you for your care, talent and kindness!

We just had an amazing experience with Anna. Brought our golden doodle in for a quick nail trim. Was great with our dog. Extremely personable, professional, and knowledgeable with 24 yrs of experience! I think we found our new dog groomer. Great first impression. We will be bringing our pup back in about a month before our fall pictures. Would highly recommend

My dog had an issue with another dog there. He kept getting put in time out, and finally got bit twice by the other dog. They didn't like my dog, and it was obvious the last time I took him in for grooming. She wasn't very nice to me and I felt like they were mean to my dog. I won't be back or recommend them to anyone. I think they need to be in better control of the dogs outside.
