We dropped off a stray kitten this morning and the front staff acknowledged us as soon as we walked in. They were all so kind and very informative! The facility was spotless, and it's so convenient that the veterinary clinic was there as well. We will definitely spread the word! Thank you to all staff at Heidi's Village for your service ❤️❤️
I had the perfect adoption. I had things pop up as they sometimes do in life. I was met with understanding and acceptance in the postponement of getting my better half. I love Buffy ❤️ Thank you all that worked so hard for her. Without you she wouldn't be with me!🩷
Heidi's village's staff are so helpful and amazing. The clinic as well as the adoption staff are so kind.They are patient and always willing to look at my recently adopted kitten Mochi.
Excellent, I can't say enough. Knowledgeable, great staff, clean facility, they keep their dogs and cats in a nice, clean air conditioned environment, they have a outdoor water park and walking trails
This is an amazing place. We adopted our beautiful cat here & they really care about and take care of their animals. I will recommend this place to everyone i know.
