Heaven’s Gate provided outstanding service when I needed to cremate my beloved cat. They completed everything within one week, which gave me peace during such a painful time. The custom memorial box they created is beautiful and meaningful, and the paw print they made is a treasured keepsake I’ll cherish forever. They also crafted a custom necklace with my cat’s ashes, which allows me to keep my companion close to my heart. From start to finish, the staff showed genuine kindness and compassion. They understood how difficult this was and treated both me and my cat’s memory with the utmost respect. Their service was professional, thoughtful, and went above and beyond what I expected. I can’t express enough how truly grateful I am for the kindness and compassion I’ve received from the staff at Heaven’s Gate. Brian was there for both when I brought my cat in and when I was able to take her home. The grief of loosing a pet is so difficult… I am still trying to cope and process such heartache. But as I’ve stated, the kindness and compassion I’ve received when I was certainly not at my best truly made things that much more meaningful and special for me. The presentation alone when picking my cat up was enough to make me cry, as it was so meaningful… I cannot recommend this business enough for anyone who has to use their services. Last week my beloved AMAZING Bengal 4-legged human cat Zeus passed away. I didn't want to bury him in case I ever moved or whatever but the thought of his beautiful body being put into an oven just terrified me. Well, because I wanted him to be forever by my side (like he was supposed to be), I chose cremation and Heaven's Gate. I am so glad I did. They were kind and had so MANY different ways to remember him (urns, boxes, name plates, paw prints, etc) that the whole process made me feel more comfortable. And their prices were VERY reasonable for everything I chose. And the way they "package" everything to bring him home was VERY nice. I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful family-owned pet crematorium. From start to finish, the experience was handled with the utmost respect and genuine care. They truly go above and beyond, making sure every detail is taken care of with sincerity and compassion. It’s clear that they understand how much our pets mean to us and treat each situation with heartfelt empathy. The urns they provide are absolutely beautiful, a perfect tribute to a beloved companion. When I received my dog’s ashes, they were placed in a very lovely bag, which added a thoughtful, personal touch and made the whole process feel even more special.
