They filter their calls to text message and then out right ignore you when you describe your need and situation. I personally think they're trying to get specific animals pretending to be a legit charity organization and if you don't have what they want, the ghost you completely. Totally unprofessional and wrong if this is the case. I'm not the first to experience this. Make sure leave a review if they do the same to you so we can expose them. Remember, if they can Neglect people, they can neglect animals!!

Shelly is a hard working spectacular woman. Saving animals is what she is doing very well. She taught me how to handle the dog that I rescued. If you can donate to help her out would be tremendous since she is the sole person since her husband has passed recently.

We adopted our wonderful Shepherd Mix, Durango, from "Heaven Sent Rescue" in spring 2021. The adoption process was very smooth and Durango was very well taken care off at Heaven Sent, before he moved into our house and hearts. We highly recommend this rescue, its animals, and the amazing staff who we interacted with!
