What a great cat cafe with such an amazing staff. Everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was so relaxing. All the cats were so beautiful and special. I hope more feline lovers out there come visit here to give these fur babies some lovin’, donate, and even adopt here. Definitely coming back. Thank you so much, Michael

This place is just wonderful! The care that they give these animals is truly amazing. The staff is also exceptional. So kind and thoughtful. I had a great experience with Brittany there. She was such a good resource for us as we went through a foster to adopt process with our new kitten, Fluery (Formerly known as Popcorn). I would recommend Hearts Alive Village Cat Cafe, For anyone looking to adopt or just spend time with a cat. These animals are truly loved there, and you can see it reflected in their sweet personalities when you bring one home! Thank you, Brittany and all the staff at the cat café!

I am currently and have been a foster for HAV for almost 2 years now. I’ve volunteered for 4 shelters and fostered close to 100 cats/kittens and this is by far the best rescue I’ve ever volunteered for. They actually care about the well being of their animals. Every time I’ve had a concern or worry, it’s been met with complete empathy (shoutout to Brittany who is an angel). The process for getting your foster kittens adopted is very unique here which I love. We as foster parents get to do the vetting, and if we’re able to schedule and make it to meet and greets at the cafe, we get to meet potential adopters to feel them out. Visited after work on a weekday and there were only a couple other people. There’s so many cats here!! I learned that they require appointments but do accept walk-ins if they have availability. It’s a $18 donation to spend an hour with the cats and it includes 2 snacks and 1 drink or 2 drinks and 1 snack. Itty Bitty was a sweetheart. I’m looking forward to coming back. They have toys you can use to play with the cats, plenty of seats, and even desk or table space if you have work to do.

We added two wonderful cats (furbabies) from here over the years. Great place; zero issues paying their fees, which ultimately goes towards supporting this great concept of a shelter/adoption center.
