Extremely upset with this place right now. I called this morning explaining my dog got hit and had a broken leg they asked me do you know for sure if the leg is broken I said yes it is. So they tell me to wait until 3 to bring her in so I bring her in they do it a so-called exam which it was not an exam took her back for an x-ray charged me $230 to tell me to take her somewhere else so they can fix her leg that they don't do that there. Instead of telling me on the phone that they do not do that type of surgery they had me come in to take my money and send me elsewhere. I've been going there for over 10 years never with a serious problem with my animals till now but now I will be finding a new vet!

Hands down the best Veterinary Clinic in the country.Doctor Barton and her colleague's at Parkland Veterinary Clinic.does and will treat your pets as if they were their own.their friendly knowledgeable.and always explains what’s going on with my pups what meds they need how and when to give them and always calls and checks on them after treating them. I’ve had pets for years and I’m very picky about their care and Heartland has always took excellent care of my critters.

We've taken two cats here and they've been great with them. I appreciate that they take the time to really help and answer your questions and concerns. Their love for animals really shows.

We love this love this Lady. Wonderful Vet the tech's are always have patience with me and my questions. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my furry best friend but her.

Completely disregarded my dogs anxiety issue.. was prescribed the same medication over and over after I told them multiple times the medication does not work for my dog and makes her sick. Someone over phone told me to “take her to doggy daycare” when I wanted to explore other medical options as doggy daycare can be expensive. Getting meds for my dog through here has always been an issue, either the prescription was never filled or they gave us the wrong medication. Overall friendly staff in person, but just upset with how her anxiety issue was treated. Wouldn’t recommend them if your animal deals with similar behaviors…
