Every veterinary in this business is very competent. When I broke and dislocated my puppies back leg and hip, they told me they couldn't fix it. He needed a specialist. They found one in KC and I took him up there. They worked with my vets so the KC specialist could have the Andale vets handle the follow up appoinments. I'm happy to say that Chocolate Chip is now the five thousand dog. He doesn't have any pain or movement issues. I had 3 other dogs that needed specialist care. 2 of them were diabetics and 1 had seizures. They handled them with great care and compassion. I currently have a dog that was poked in the eye and it was really irritated. She is being treated and her eye is recovering. At this point we think her eye will heal completely. Great place - highly recommended!

We love going to Heartland Veterinarian!! We’ve worked with Shannon and Liz and they are both wonderful. They have taken good care of all my dogs throughout the years with regular health checks and for injuries/ sicknesses. They provided emergency care last year when my elderly Golden retriever suddenly became very sick and were very kind and compassionate through the last moments of his life. Thank you both!!

Dr. Polly has been AMAZING with helping us with a new diabetic cat in our home. He has been patient, understanding and very clear in his directions. After a few days of treatment I noticed a concerning symptom, called the office and he was able to return my call and give me guidance within MINUTES of my call. I cannot say enough about this vet. Great group of caring individuals!!!

I had a very beloved pet that was sick and dying and they had no time to see him. Even though they had treated him the week before and diagnosed him and given him meds. But had no time to follow up when I really needed them. Took him to Companion who worked him in and provided excellent compassionate care for him even though they had never seen him in the past.

Kind and knowledgeable is what I've found the staff to be. Their prices are not bad either.
