I want to take some time to speak on the amazing service at Heartland Animal Hospital. Years back I myself worked as a technician and through a colleague she recommended her friend Dr Hart and the practice Heartland Animal Hospital. My family lives in the area, and learning of this hospital was great news for me as I now live out of state and in charge of managing medical care for my family pets. The staff from the front desk, Technicians, assistant, Veterinarians have all been so wonderful and very accommodating with my family. This practice really takes the time and compassion to meet you where you are. Understanding every pet and family has different needs and capacities in providing care for their pets. This is my first google review ever, but it is warranted. I’ve been a client at Heartland for over 10 years. I went there for a second opinion and never left. I always feel like from the front desk to the poor soul who tries to get a urine sample from my dog, we are a team working towards the best health for my pet. At times they have recommended I go to a specialty vet for some procedure, I appreciate that honesty. They treated my dog like he was their own beloved pet. Sometimes I needed help in processing options and often I needed reassurance which they gave generously. My dog became overweight which is not fun to hear. Dr. Hart matter of factly explained the dangers in that and repeatedly gave me suggestions on how to remedy it. Eventually, it worked! As my dog approached his end

I had a fantastic experience at Heartland Animal Clinic. Dr. Hart was wonderful !!! The staff was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient, making sure both my dog and I felt comfortable from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions and handled my dog with such care and compassion.The clinic itself was spotless and had a welcoming atmosphere, which made the visit even more pleasant. From our first "get acquainted" exam thru emergency care, routine nail clipping and vaccinations, our experiences with Dr. Hart and staff at heartland Animal Hospital have been great. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. There is good communication and most importantly, we feel our rescue cat is well cared for! Pups are equally welcomed!

Dr. Hart helps us care for our five show cats. We especially appreciate her skills as a surgeon. She helps us to responsibly early spay and neuter our kittens, who come home happily playing as if they have no idea anything even happened!
