I will never be able to thank this veterinary clinic enough for all their help over these last few months. You saw Zeus last Friday & treated him like your own, which I very much appreciate. Unfortunately, I decided to have him rehomed to a farm out in the country since his issues were behavioral & we had already spent hundreds of dollars trying to help him (from May to now, excluding the hundreds in vet bills) with no avail. None of the changes to litter, litter boxes, enrichment toys, etc. we tried made a difference. And truth be told, he was probably stressed by the three year old, the old house we live in & all its smells, being cooped up in the house instead of allowed outside, even on a leash (too many busy streets around for him to be comfortable/safe enough outside with or without

I have taken my dog to this vet his entire life, he will be 7 years in coming weeks. They are the only vet in this town that hasn’t tried to upsell me, lie to me, or say he “needs” care he doesn’t need. They understand that I am not the richest person and work well with me to help maintain my dog’s health to the best of my ability. I have had to go to the Faribault office a time or two as well, and my dog is always well cared for. They also have helped my dog to feel comfortable with the vet and not terrified as I had in the initial phase of finding a solid and reliable vet. I also appreciate the costs of things upfront and as much information as possible to I can make a well informed decision when caring for my dog.

I appreciate the time Dr. Jill took to help me with our stray kitten. Not only that, but the team called me back the following business day to make sure things were going well and to ask if I had any questions. Very helpful and very friendly!

I was very impressed with the service my cat received. He was limping badly and they got him in within hours of my call. Urgent Care worked well. The staff were friendly and efficient. I would recommend Heartland Animal Hospital to anyone seeking small animal veterinary care.

Do not recommend hospital is in their name. But they do anything but hospital care. My dog had a broken leg. I was referred to msu and Iowa state. You will find that the receptionist is rude and condescending, especially if you fall behind on your shots. You will not get that small town personal care from this veterinary "clinic" FYI I spent over $2000 in one year they they don't care. And no my name isn't in your system my animals are listed under another person.
