I took my girl in for removal of tumor near mammary gland and hysterectomy as cancer was suspected. He took a very nice picture of her lump and sent it to me . I never got the pathology report. The numerous times I called the office for the pathology report the girls in the office lied to me about sending it as they never sent it even though they said they would. Yet it never came. Two months of phone calls. I don't even know if her lump was sent off to pathology as I never got pathology report. Did my dog have cancer or not? Evidently this is known around this vast area that this vet doesn't send pathology reports out. Perhaps he needs to let his customers know this so they can choose to go elsewhere. The proof is in a pathology report not a hurried phone call which who knows if that

This place is amazing. Vets in Boise wanted $1200-$4500 to crop a 1 year old dog’s tail that was injured and went necrotic. Heartland did the surgery for a quarter of the price. Doc and staff are good people. Have recommended to may friends in the Valley.

We travel from Riggins to see Dr Bruce and his staff for all of our pets. The compassion is amazing and we always feel so good leaving the clinic!
