Adopted a beautiful healthy puppy, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Their website is user friendly and updated. Adoption process was fairly simple. Prices are great considering they spayed, chipped, dewormer and puppy shots were included.

We foster kittens and have had a great experience with the staff who supports us as volunteers. They answer questions promptly and provide what we need to be successful.

The maxi park here is a great place to walk and socialize my puppy. Everyone is very friendly and there is enough room for the dogs to feel comfortable meeting as well as ample room to avoid interactions if needed. Thankful for this resource.

Unfortunately I had to surrender my cat due to the circumstances of life and not being able to take care of her any longer. As I walked in, I saw a man being rude to the staff, and I don't know her name but one of the staff helped him graciously and kindly. The girl that helped me at the front desk was nothing but immediately helpful and the girl that asked me questions while I filled out paperwork (the girl with the cute frog nails) was absolutely wonderful as well. I fully trust them to take care of my baby and find her a happy, healthy and stable home for her. I was very impressed with how kind and helpful they were today with me, and with others around.

Absolutely do not give your business to this joke of a “shelter” and pathetic excuse of management. First off, every single employee we interacted with and saw did not treat the animals with even a sliver of kindness. They acted as if they are all a burden on them. Second off, they were INCREDIBLY disrespectful and rude to my wife and I. We are a gay couple, and as soon as that was known to them the demeanor completely shifted. They laughed at about us to each other while thinking we weren’t listening, and treated us like we were a joke to them. The manager Rachel specifically was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve never seen a more toxic and unpleasant animal shelter in my life.
