Healthy Spot

I recently moved to Long Beach and have been a loyal Healthy Spot customer for years, consistently bringing my dog in for grooming every three weeks. Until this visit, our experiences at other Healthy Spot locations had always been positive. At our most recent appointment, Lizette was the groomer. I provided clear instructions not to cut my dog’s eyelashes and not to trim too short around the nose area, yet both instructions were ignored. The eyelashes were cut and the facial trim was significantly shorter than requested, altering her appearance. Additionally, the post-appointment handoff was not handled professionally. Instead of reviewing the grooming or asking if I had any questions, the staff member made unnecessary comments about maintenance and did not communicate clearly about the

Wonderful experience overall. From booking an appointment for grooming up to checking out. Lizette did a great job making my pup a handsome fluffy boy. Will be coming back here regularly.

My dog has never been softer and smelt better!! All thanks to Alex. He's not only extremely detail oriented, he makes sure my pup is comfortable at all times, asks and attends to his skin and coat needs, and has such a caring & professional demeanor. His consistency and education on how to care for double coated dogs like mine is unmatched.

Always happy to hype up Roxanne's work! She has been grooming Cherry since she was a pup, and we can't imagine going to anyone else. Roxanne does a fantastic job caring for and grooming Cherry, showing great patience with her sassy little corgi self. Cherry always looks amazing after her grooming with Roxanne--just check out that perfect post-groom splooty booty! Will of course be back in 6-8 weeks to see Roxanne; truly the usual at this point.
