We had a wonderful experience when we took our rescue Lizzie to Health Pointe. I'd have to say it was the first time I've ever felt relaxed and comfortable at a vet. Very warm and friendly staff and they were focused and switched on. They actually made the dreaded vet visit an enjoyable experience. I have complete faith in them after our visit and will be using them for all of our veterinary care.

Wonderful staff and doctor's that truly care about their furry patients! My dog came in as a new patient, when his previous vet turned us away, very, very sick. He was not eating or drinking, and I honestly thought he wasn't going to make it. Yet, this clinic dogs not give up on him. After months of medication and visits, my dog is healthier than ever and runs around like a puppy again. Their services and procedures can be somewhat pricey at times, but the care your pets receive is beyond justifiable. I will not be going anywhere else for my pet care needs.

Want to thank everyone that were there today for me. Haven't been in years, but today I had to have our cat, Kitty cat put down. We've had him for 9 years. The whole staff was awesome. Couldn't have asked for better people. Explain what was wrong with him, and I made the choice of having to let him go. It was very hard to do, it was best for him. The caring of the staff was excellent explain what was going to happen. Thanks again for y'all's help during this difficult time Charlie

this was my cats first actual vet visit. they were very good with her and gentle. definitely going back if needed.
