My dog, Gigi died last June 2025 in my arms. Her last visit at this place was Feb. 13, 2025 (Senior Wellness Profile) and after already having a bad experience, I decided to go to Epping Vet which was also a mistake. Gigi had a high degree of anemia which caused her death. I wouldn't suggest taking your precious pet to either one of these places. Neither place informed me of Gigi's anemia until someone wanted me to know the truth and I was given her Idex report dated April 10, 2025 after Gigi passed and saw what my beloved Brussel Griffon went through. I will never get it!!

I am so beyond pleased to have found Health and Wellness animal hospital. I had a pet emergency for my cat today and not only did they take us right away, but they are very genuine and kind. I had only taken my puppy there since I recently moved to the area and they took my cat without question or giving me a hard time. I feel comfortable coming to them with any of my pets needs and that really means the world to me! Grateful! 🫶🏻

They are the best! Got my sick kitty in immediately! They don’t try and push you for anything unnecessary for your pet and are the kindest people. Highly recommended.

The doctors are great- and very thorough. The assistants are wonderful with the animals. However, they seem to be looking for extra money- charging for each little thing separately and offering services that are not needed.

I have been bringing my cats to HWAH for many years now. AMAZING staff! Front desk, office manager, techs & vets are all super friendly & accomodating. I have senior cats and some have hyperthyroidism and require a lot more care. Follow up appointments, frequent blood re-checks, etc. All of my cats are treated and cared for with kindness, compassion & patience. I talk to Dr. Chag very frequently about all of my cats and she's very thorough and knowledgeable, but more importantly she's extremely kind, has a great sense of humor and she's down to Earth. She takes the time to answer all questions and she listens to concerns. Sadly, I lost my eldest cat, Maddie back in February 2022.
