We had the heartbreaking journey of having to say goodbye to our 16 year old kitty. We are so grateful for Dr. Carissa and her team during this extremely hard time. They were very kind and compassionate. Dr. Carissa explained every step of the process thoroughly and with kindness. She gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye and was truly there for me throughout the whole process. It was a relief to not feel rushed or alone. Lastly, they also treated our sweet girl with so much care and love. I can’t thank you all enough for being there for us as this was one of the hardest days for us and we felt supported and cared for. I highly recommend Healing Hands!

Dr. Carissa is truly amazing! I brought my cat Pumpkin in and found out that he had a life threatening disease and could have potentially pass away by the end of the week! Dr. Carissa talked with me through everything and all options I had. We came up with a plan that was very intensive, which consisted of hourly tube feedings. We wanted to do everything we could before having to result in going to a Vet Hospital. Dr. Carissa listens to you and makes you feel validated with any questions or concerns you have. I never felt like I was just another person. I want to thank Dr. Carissa and every single person on her team that worked with Pumpkin. I will always recommend Healing Hands Veterinary to everyone I talk too. Thank you so much for saving my Pumpkin's life!

Absolutely phenomenal vet. She takes the time to listen to you and go over treatment options that are best for your pet and your budget. Absolutely pushes nothing. All the staff is excellent as well!

Truly can't say enough good things about Dr. Carissa. We have taken two of our kitty pals to her in the last few months, and she is so attentive, caring, and thorough. You can tell she definitely has a passion and genuine care for the animal friends she encounters. I'm so happy our small communities here in the SW metro area have this resource available. Prices are also incredibly reasonable. We have been to several vets in the area for care over the last several years, and found the rates to be very competitive! Our interactions with the front office staff and vet techs have also been stellar. Truly, a great experience. Dr. Carissa helped us transition our beloved fur baby this week. She was so kind and compassionate. Her presence was so peaceful and calming for all of us.
