Healing Hands Veterinary Care

Everything about our experience with this veterinary clinic was amazing. They were compassionate, accommodating, and kind. We wanted in-home euthanasia for our dog. We wanted to do it soon, but our availability was limited between my husband and my work schedule, and having to arrange childcare for our young children out of the home. Dr. Felicia Vides came to our house even on a day she usually wouldn't do home appointments. She was gentle and explained the process to my husband and me. She administered the medicine in a way that made me know my dog went peacefully. I was upset and vulnerable and Dr. Felicia Vides said all the right things and made the process a comforting as it could be considering the circumstances. Last year we had to say goodbye to our beloved senior pug, and we found Healing Hands. They helped us with the process in our own home. It was a terrible day, but they were so amazing and kind - it made it the best version of that awful experience. I was so impressed we switched our other dog's over to HH for their regular vet care. It's been great! Everything from yearly visits, to dentals, to one of our dogs developing seizures...I have nothing but positive things to say about each interaction.

The people here have no respect for Service Members or disabled veterans. They had a item they listed on Facebook marketplace. After finding out, I was a disabled veteran, and that I had a drive two hours to get here. They told me they would hold the item. I messaged them around noon that I was headed down was given a thumbs up. Reach the location around 2:30pm. Just to be told that the item was given to someone else this morning. So as a disabled veteran on a fixed income, all I got was my money wasted that I didn't have in the first place to real come down here and the added back pain of driving 4 hours for nothing nnot even the items I was coming to get to help with my pain.

My daughter attends FSU and needed a vet for her kitty. These people were great! I highly recommend. Very very helpful.

I am so happy to have found Dr.Sexton at Healing Hands Vet. She was very knowledgeable and professional. My German Shepherd, Gambit, found going into a vet office very stressful and having Dr. Sexton do his annual checkup in our home went very well. She put Gambit at ease and was very kind and gentle. She spent extra time ensuring he was accepting of each part of the exam. I would definitely recommend her especially if you have a pet who needs special care.
