They are so fantastic! Their empathy and knowledge shows and they have been amazing as I have been newly adopted by a previously abandoned tuxedo. They not only helped me check his health, get on flee meds so he can still adventure outside (on a leash now :)) but they have since helped with an eye scratch and soon a keloid removal. Everybody is helpful and nice! It’s not a shock that they are so popular that you have to schedule out for your appointments. 🌻🌻🌻totally worth it.

Amazing local veterinarians. The whole staff are incredible. They always do their best to get you in, and they do an amazing job.

Entire staff are excellent. Never had to wait more than 5 mins. Life saving surgery to remove 5 lb tumor on my German Shepherd was successful and the tumor stayed gone. I can't say enough good things about this well respected clinic!

Nice people who are capable, but I had to stop going there after they continued to recommend Starr Pet Resort in Windsor for boarding pets. Following their recommendation, I left my Belgian Malinois puppy at Starr Pet Resort when I went on vacation last year. I had to come back a day early to pick my dog up at the hospital where Starr Pet Resort had dumped her off after they broke her leg. Not only did I get stuck with a huge doctor bill as Starr Pet Resort does not have insurance, but the owner threatened to call the sheriff and have me arrested if I didn't come in the next day and pay his boarding bill. I let Dr. McCrystle know what happened, and to my surprise, on my next visit a few months later, Starr Pet Resort was still their number one recommendation. I asked Dr. McCrystle why

Dave has been my family Vet since I was 3 years old. His compassion and expertise have been consistently amazing over the 40 years I have been his client. We once had a dog tear her meninscus and PetCare (where we also have gone if it was a weekend) quoted us $4,000 for surgery. Dave said "Or you could give her pain pills and rest and see if she heals" She healed just fine. I trust this man with all of my animals. He knows intuitively when expensive measures are not necessary and when they are. When he went into semi-retirement, I was nervous about a new doctor.
