Head To Tail Dog Grooming

My girl presents a grooming challenge -- never afraid to kiss a skunk, big fan of mud and stickers, haaaaaated to be groomed. Jenny did a phenomenal job of getting her comfortable with the grooming process. She took her time, gave a lot of breaks, and handled her with care.

Wyatt always looks so handsome every time! She listens to exactly how you want your pup to look. Very superior attention to detail. I’ve been to a couple other groomers and started coming here about a year ago… now I’ll never go anywhere else! And an extra plus, her own dogs are super cute and friendly, always a highlight of my day getting to pet all the Cavaliers!

I would give zero or negative stars if possible! Avoid this business!! My mom has been taking her Border Collie there for a while now. Last Monday (6/10/24) she brought her dog in for her regular grooming with Jenny. When she returned for her dog, she was told she wasn't ready so my parents waited in the car for 45 minutes. When she went back in, Jenny complained that because my mom showed up early, the dog got upset and tried to bite the groomer. Star has never bit anyone but my mom apologized, paid ($100), tipped ($20), and left. 3 days later, Star had to go to the vet for her regular check-up. When the vet touched the middle of her back, Star yelped. The vet shaved the spot and found a perfectly round burn(see picture). Upon learning Star had just been to the groomer, the vet indicated

Such a wonderful groomer! Jenny is so amazing with my dog Molly, she always looks beautiful when groomed! I highly recommend Head to Tail Grooming!!!

Jenny is a great groomer who has infinite patience with her charges. Her business ethics and love of dogs in her care are beyond reproach.
