Head To Tail

My golden retriever had a very nice cut and bath here, provided by their friendly staff. It was my first visit here. I’m happy to say that I will certainly be coming back. Not only to take provide cuts and baths, they also have a daycare available upstairs as well as toys, treats, and dog food as well along with other necessary accessories. I recommend this place to anyone looking to groom their fur babies. If anything come walk in for a consultation and be detailed about what you’re looking for in terms of the groom.

Leaving 2 stars only because the person I talked with in the store was very kind and my dog is clean. Took my golden here for a full grooming. When dropping her off I asked specifically that they do not cut the hair inside her ears because it irritates her. NOT ONLY did they cut the hair inside her ears they also CUT HER WHISKERS! Any one who owns a dog, especially a dog groomer should know how important whiskers are to a dog. It looks like they took a razor and just went head to tail, no scissors or trimming at all. This is the shortest my dog’s hair has ever been. A groomer should know better than to shave any dog this short in the winter! Her entire protective winter coat is gone! I just wanted a little trim to shape her a bit. Safe to say we will not be back

It’s truly an amazing place! I took my dog there for grooming for the first time yesterday, and I was beyond satisfied with the results. First, my dog came out looking super cute and squeaky clean. Second, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made the whole process easy to understand. Finally, their prices were lower than other places in the area. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was one of the worst grooming experiences I’ve ever had — and I deeply regret trusting Jay at Head to Tail with my dog, Coco. Before the grooming, I clearly showed Jay a photo of how I wanted Coco to be groomed. I told him I wanted her face and ears just slightly shorter than the photo. But instead, he shaved her head down to match the short length of her body — without explaining what he meant. The result? Coco looked nothing like herself. I didn’t even recognize my own dog. Who in their right mind shaves a standard poodle’s face that short? I also told Jay specifically to trim the body short, but not so short that her skin would show. And yet, he shaved her so close that her skin is completely visible — something I absolutely did not agree to. It looks terrible and clearly shows h
