Scheduled a yorkiepoo grooming two weeks in advance. Received a text saying the owner was sick the day of the appointment so they rescheduled to a day later the same week, then received a text the rescheduled day saying she was canceling the appointment and did not want to continue business with me. There was never any issues or arguing, everyone gets sick so it was not a problem to reschedule but then to just cancel my business without a reason was very unprofessional. Would highly NOT recommend.
Good experience - they were very sweet to my timid lil shih Tzu.
She does so good with our Schnauzer, very professional, very kind, and great communication always welcoming and understanding thank you!! 😊
Answered quick and was available on weekend!!!
