Staff is always very friendly and personable, appointments are always very comprehensive, staff is honest about what costs are and aren't necessary but give their honest suggestions for what services to opt for. My pets aren't really stressed by the time we leave, and they get treats for behaving well! Definitely my preferred clinic between the two veterinary clinics I take my pets to, despite being further away for me. I also appreciate that they care for reptiles, as not many clinics locally will take reptiles.

I first came to Harvey Animal Hospital when my Parakeet needed urgent medical care. I was so impressed by their quality of care, prompt communication, and ease of scheduling appointments that Harvey Animal Hospital is now the official vet for my dog, cat and bird. They always take the time to answer my questions and are so kind to my crew. I also love that they are aware of the importance of low-stress handling techniques; this has really helped my Border Collie who can get a bit stressed during medical procedures. Drs. Coll and Turnage, all of the vet techs, and the admin staff have been great, and I am truly grateful for the kindness and professionalism that they have extended to me and my whole zoo over the past few years!

Amazing, amazing, place! It really helped having a caring staff during a very difficult time and decision to have to had put our baby girl dog “Tinker” down of 15 years. I highly recommend this place. When it comes to our animals, they are our family. I would never treat family or someone I loved the way Dr. Coll treated us. I am honestly saddened and appalled by the experience I had at Harvey Animal Hospital. I brought my two cats in for their initial check up and Dr. Coll noticed that one of my cats had an infection in his ears so she recommended a procedure where he had to be sedated. The procedure was fine but they did not accurately articulate how often he needed to take his medication and how much. In his two week check up, she informed me that she might have to sedate him again so I brought him in in the morning (without eating so he could be sedated) and 4 hours later, she called me saying he needed another procedure but doesn't have time today so he has to come in again. Their negligence killed my cat. Never ever bring your pet here if you care about them. I had a 1 year old kitten suddenly stop eating and become lethargic. Over 2 weeks I had appointments with them, they never knew what was happening. They were polite, and friendly, but they did not know what they were doing. They did an ultrasound of his stomach and claimed they saw a mass, then told me they have no idea whats wrong, so they injected him with water under the skin. Twice at 2 different appointments they did this. After the second injection he struggled to breathe and I took him to the emergency vet in the middle of the night where they told me within 30 minutes that there wasnt anything wrong with his stomach, he had a heart condition and the water injections they gave him had filled his h
