HART for Animals, Inc.

i left this review a few weeks ago : was there a few weeks ago other than when dealing with Dr Paige Geier… the assistants were very sweet and nice i believe their names were Kourtney and Lexi but unsure if that’s correct. The receptionist were very attentive and funny and greeted me as soon as i came through the door with smiles on both of their faces. i also believe their names were Maddy and Megan but i could have heard the assistants wrong when talking to them. i love coming to Hart since everyone there treats me and my pets so good and ive never had an experience like this with the other Docors i have seen while coming to hart. The staff were very nice and quick to get us in to view dogs to adopt. The adoption was quick and easy with no hassles and just signatures on 1 page of paperwork. We were allowed to adopt 2 puppy sisters at the same time after confirming what we were getting into getting 2 at once. They gave us a folder with all the info they had on the girls we got. 10/10 adoption experience compared to others we have tried working with or have adopted from in the past!

I know the appropriate procedures were followed yesterday evening regarding our dogs spay recovery. First, our dog was the last to receive the procedure at a little after 4pm according to the desk clerk. The day was obviously over booked based on the amount of appointments and the emergency that always pops up. If your dog received a spay or neutering at 9am, the dog has 5-6 hours to recover and be monitored. Our dog did not have time to recover at all because we had to pick her up by 6pm and I'm assuming her procedure was completed by 430-445pm. Staff were in a hurry to leave and gave no explanations of medications and told my wife to call in the morning if we need anything explained. I adopted Harley...a lovable kitten who had her tail amputated. I didn't know how hard I would fall for her but it was instantaneous. We had a 6ft cat tree which we had for our previous cat who we had for 10 yrs but never bothered with it. Harley loves it and the toys I bought for her. Hart for Animals cares about their animals and who adopts them. We have had Harley 3 weeks and I will forever love her. She's my baby. Ty Hart for entrusting Harley with us.

Hart always takes the best care of my cats! They’re the best and lowest price place around. I can drop my cats off here knowing they will be okay and not have to worry:) Already do and will always continue to recommend them. Thanks for all you do!
