Harrogate Hospital for Animals

I cannot say enough praise for this place. They were great with my cat. I was so nervous because he is a nervous cat. He's really not a fan of strangers. They were so nice with him. I was shocked at how good he was for them. They were great at explaining everything and taking good care of our buddy. Thank you so much!

This animal hospital is truly the most unprofessional and dishonest place I have ever been to. My cat went in for a dental and before even letting them take him I gave them an alternate number to contact in case he needed extractions or anything else as I would be off my phone due to an exam block. Not only that, I signed a paper and marked off that I am DECLINING laser therapy for my cat. When I came to pick him up, they extracted almost all his teeth and were charging me for extra things including the laser therapy. This was a huge shock to me especially since my cat looked unwell. I had never seen him look that bad and he has had dentals before that. Even when talking to the "hospital manager" nothing was resolved. Better yet, on the medical records they claim I "stepped in front of oth

First and foremost, I loathe taking my fur babies to any vet, as I get very anxious. When I metthe staff all my anxiousness melted away! I will tell you that this place is the place to go in Claiborne County! The staff was courteous and helpful. And answered all of my questions. I took my cat to get neutered and was notified in a timely manner. Overall, simply a great place to take your pet! George is a happy customer!

I will always love and continue to come to this vet office,the environment is always friendly and very welcoming, the vets and vet techs are always kind and respectful to me and I inspire to be a veterinarian in the future and be able to help people with there animals to I hope to be like them one day 🥹♥️

This was our frist time using this vet, the staff were nice but very busy. I call to ask if they have experience with small pets like a bunny and they said "yes". However I would disagree. For one, you don't take a pray animal like a rabbit in the back where there is barking dogs and noisy cats it stresses the poor rabbit out and that can be dangerous for them. They should have done his exam and nail trim in the room with us. Then I was told he had an eye infection and asked if I wanted meds or just wait it out. she also never explained the infection she just told me what the name was. Our bunny has never had an infection before, so I didn't know if it was transferable to me or my kids. that would have been useful, seeing our 3lb bunny is free ranged in our house. So I had to go home an
