Patricia and Dr. Van Dervelden have treated our fur family for so many years. Helped out this first time puppy owner with every concern along the way. With caring and honesty with treatment. My wife and I brought our new kitten to the Hardwick Pond Vet Center last week for routine vaccinations. We had stated that she had been sneezing a lot, had diarrhea and also that her eyes were ‘gunky’. The husband/wife team gave her the required vaccinations, some ointment for her conjunctivitis and an otherwise healthy overview. “A healthy kitten.” Less than a week later, she spent all day vomiting. Sunday morning it continued so we brought her to the emergency veterinary clinic in North Grafton, MA(Tufts/Cummings). The veterinarians there said she had a viral infection and sent us home with some medications. Tuesday morning our kitten died in my arms on my way back to Tufts. Why wasn’t the ‘professionals’ at Hardwick Pond able to recognize that she was sick in the first place? How does

They're great, I'm thankful for their flexible hour abilities when it's an urgent situation. They make sure you know they truly care about your pet to the point that they'll have a follow up over the phone a few days later to see how your pet is doing. I'm so glad they are located nearby & I appreciate their efforts in saving my complicated cat more than once in the last several months.

Love this Vet. Everyone there is very kind and compassionate. Never pushing unnecessary tests/treatments. Though booked solid, the got my cat in when she was struggling with bladder stones. We appreciate that greatly since we were very worried.
