Hardee Animal Clinic

I dropped off my female dog for surgery this morning. So far the customer service is been good. I will update after pick up so everyone has an idea what to expect. Review Update: I wanted to update my review to share that I am very happy with how everything was handled with my dog’s spay surgery. Despite some negative reviews from others, my experience was completely positive. The staff provided excellent customer service, clearly explained the entire process before and after the surgery, and made sure I fully understood everything. They took the time to ask if I had any questions and never made me feel rushed. The procedure went smoothly, and my dog was well cared for. We where there to pick up our new fur baby, a very lovely Chihuahua mix. The woman we have been working with is so kind and really cares about the animals who pass through her care. It was a bit of a drive but well worth it.

We adopted a gog from Rescue Garage that was treated by the Hardee clinic. The dog is in great health and Hardee did all the shots and neutering. They were great with providing our pups records. I would highly recommend this vet service.

Lady at the desk had the rudest attitude and when I repeated my address she snarked "is this a prank?" (Weird city, not around anything near me so I reached to WACHULA AREA) I wouldn't even feel comfortable taking my cat here after the first greeting of eh hello with a snooty remark. I get it its 5pm Friday, im also at work. Rude

Overall, I would recommend this Veterinary clinic with exception to one employee who is rude to everyone. She should not be allowed to speak with customers, because no customer service skills. I go there because of the pricing for services. My dog received yearly vaccinations and the shot for boarding which cost less than $100.
