We love Dr. Billy and his team. Every time we come here we get the best care for our three dogs. They have helped diagnose something that was quite a big deal that our prior vet missed for one of our dogs. Our dogs get so happy to come here as they are treated so great! So happy we found a great vet so close to home.

I can’t say enough good things about harbor springs vet. The entire staff treat my girl like family, always taking time to listen, explain, and reassure as a first time pet owner by myself. They truly love what they do and care so deeply that I won’t take my babies anywhere else. Dr Billy is very honest and open with his feelings and thoughts that you can truly trust him. I feel incredibly grateful to have found such a wonderful, trustworthy team caring for my pet. Highly recommended to anyone looking for not just excellent veterinary care, but a place where your furry family member will be treated with the upmost care.

We were settled into a room right away—no waiting around—and they made sure both Sherra and I felt completely at ease. The vet was so caring and gentle with Sherra, treating her like their own. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I understood every step of her care. You can truly tell they love what they do. We just moved here a few months ago and I cannot say enough kind things about this company! They really, really care about you and your furbaby. Our sweet Carmalita had a pretty intense surgery today and they took such good care of her! I'm in awe over how clean her stitches look! Anytime we tell Carm she's going to the vet she gets so excited and I think its because she knows how wonderful everyone is. Everyone we've met has been an absolute delight and you can tell they truly love animals and love what they do here. Thank you so much!

My husband and I called this morning because our Baby Girl needed help to cross the rainbow bridge. The lady on the phone was so kind and explained the costs, the nurse took us straight back to the private room when we arrived, everything was explained, we were not rushed before or after, even gave us some chocolate for her because I had forgotten it. The veterinarian has always been so kind to us & was so compassionate and made one of the hardest things we've ever done a little easier. Thank you all for everything you did for us and our Baby Girl ❤️
