Jenyfer is AMAZING!! My pup is hard to groom because of his bichon curls and she did such a perfect job. She did exactly the cut we talked about and was so so sweet to him. Time efficient and great communication, already booked my next appointment :)

I recently took my pup Bandit to Happy Tails, and was so pleased with the experience. Bandit has long hair, which can be tricky to groom, but Jenyfer made it look easy. She did a great job, and my dog came out looking and feeling much better. They clearly love animals because he’s always so excited to go there. They were more attentive than other groomers I’ve had in the past. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt comfortable leaving him in her hands. I’ll definitely be back for future grooming sessions!

Happy Tails Spa is the absolute best grooming service in all of Miami! Albert loves getting groomed now! He used to have a fear of grooming; however, Jenyfer has alleviated his fears because she is literally a dog whisperer 🩵 thank you for all that you do!

So happy to have found Jenyfer! She is super responsive, works WITH you on getting the look just right, and most importantly, I trust my dog in her care. After trying many other groomers in Brickell (often hit or miss), she is the real deal! The first time she groomed my dog, I asked for the body to be cut short. Jenyfer texted me in the middle of the grooming session with a picture of how my dog looks, the tools she used, and said she can either keep like this or go one level shorter! Of course it was exactly what I had in mind. Just one example of her great communication skills.

Waffle loved his first Puppy Groom today. I felt like a mum dropping off her kids to school on their first day! He came out with a spring in his step, confident and happy. He smelt fabulous and I was thrilled. Jennifer thank you for your patience with Waffle. I know that he can be quite the handful. You are a gift! We will be going back very soon and highly recommend Happy Tail Spa to everyone!
