Happy Tails Pet Supply

Awesome first experience! Walked in the door looking for help. Not sure what food I should purchase. My dog is extremely picky!! I was sent home with multiple sample bags to try before I buy. Love it!!

This place is great and affordable! Our 10 pound dog HATES getting her nails done. We took her this past weekend and she didn't even whine! It may not be as affordable of doing it yourself but it was quick and easy, thanks guys!

A nice surprise in a small town. Great pet food options, even raw food kept in a cooler. We took our kitten to get his nails clipped. EJ was friendly and fast. (Call to make appointment.) They also have dog and cat wash stations and grooming options.

I’m so glad that Happy Tails Pet Supply has opened in Mentor-on-the-Lake because I’m extremely picky about who grooms my fur baby and Shelly is awesome with her!!! Her skills are top notch and the fact that my dog pulls me to her once she sees her says it all. I know she’s comfortable and happy during her grooming. Shelly is also super responsive. Kiki and I are very thankful!!!

Love this place! I always seem to be able to get what I need at a really great price. What makes it stand out is the staff, who are amazing, knowledgeable, and make you feel welcomed. I appreciate being recognized the 2nd time I visited. You will not get that from a big chain store, and if you do, it's rare. I spend a good amount of money on my fur babies, and I would rather spend it supporting my local family owned pet store. I highly recommend Happy Tails. Stop by and give them a try. You won't regret it.
