The good: Drop off times Staff is nice Price is fair The bad: 1)My dog had his leash left on him while in the kennel and my other dog chewed it off. ( nothing was said to me about it,but i assume thats what happened. The leash was missing the end, and the end was attached to my dogs collar) 2)I had to bath my dogs immediately due to their odor.(it's smelled like they left them lay in their urine and feces in their kennel) 3) very hard to get ahold of them by phone and email. Also to be fair this is the first time they have been boarded(and the last) So they was probably scared. However when I called to check up on them , the gentleman told me everything was fine with them.(called 6 times in two days during the times they are suppose to be there before they finally answered, also left a

We absolutely LOVE this place. When we bring our fur baby here, we do not exist once he steps in the door. He looks forward to coming here and is always happy which makes us happy. 😁

Absolutely the best kennel for pets that I have ever used and my wife and I have lived in multiple states!! They are so professional and my dog gets excited about going there. I have never had any issue regarding fleas and ticks there, unlike other boarding places. Their prices are reasonable and I like their grooming services.

These people are absolutely the BEST!!!! They treat every single dog like family!! Dale & his wife are so sweet/ loving & patient...really good folks. I always feel good about leaving my dogs here & am confident they are in good hands when I'm gone. Both my guys were there today getting groomed & they look awesome! Can't thank Happy Tails enough for always doing an amazing job! Love this place!💖🐩
