Our little dog has been going here for several years now and even as our dog has aged and needs have changed, she has noticed and helped us. We appreciate her caring attitude and going the extra mile. Happy Tails knows our sweet little dog Belle is spoiled with love, and very much a member of our family and she Is not fond of hair cuts, but she is trained to behave well. I waited 3 months for an appointment to have my dog groomed, I got there and let the lady know he may bark. She said she would call immediately if he did. I left and not even 20min later she called saying my dog was barking and growling at her and to come pick him up she was refusing service. If she would have gotten to know my dog, pet him say his name and just put effort into making him feel safe in a new surrounding he wouldn't do that. She proceeded to tell me my dog had an attitude problem, and he had no manners, she's hasn't refused service in so many years, oh telling me to be careful with him around people and kids "he's the type to bite someone for no reason" my dog is around kids all the time.
