In the country where the medical field is Per-Profit and not Per-Get-Well, this place is an exception. After 31 years living in America, I finally found a place that I can trust. Magical! The doctor runs it well and truly cares about the well-being and health of animals. Everyone who works there is professional, friendly, and gentle. After a couple of visits and spy-like careful observation, I felt comfortable living my cat for an exam! The place is clean and has really good energy!! Here comes an important point: Per a pick-up, my cat was not stressed at all. I brought home a happy cat! Before, I needed no vet, but now they are getting older, and it's important to secure a place where ethics are top notch. So truly happy! Tarzan & Muscat

The best vet experience I’ve ever had in my life. Doctor Bright is the most compassionate Veterinarian. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us! When does that ever happen?! She empathized with me and assured me that my baby would be safe in her hands. I must’ve called 10 other clinics to get estimates (because we needed a pricey surgery) and Happy Tails completed it for the best price by far! Not to mention they worked through their lunch break to fit us in that day! Incredible! I am a client for life! Lol

I have used this clinic for 4 years. I was there today and paid ALOT for my aminals annuals. I call to confirm my dog got his anal glands done as I did request. Was told no. And it would be an additional $40.00. OMG. looking for a new vet. The staff was and always has been wonderful, but im done.

I had to put my Bernese mountain dog down 2 weeks ago and Happy Tails was very compassionate. They made my baby very comfortable. Gave him cheese whiz and treats and let me stay in the room for as long as I wanted to say my good byes. The cremation went well. And to top it off, they sent me a personalized card with employee condolences. A hand and nose print and his hair. Of course the water works began again. They actually seemed like they cared. Top notch. Thanks again for caring about my beautiful boy.

I can’t thank Dr. Bright & Happy Tails Pet Clinic enough for their prompt and compassionate care when my Greyhound suddenly fell ill. Her usual vet couldn’t see us for a week, so as a new patient, I was relieved that they were able to get us in the same day. All staff were incredibly kind and efficient, diagnosing the issue and sending us home with the necessary medication in just a few hours. My pup is already feeling so much better, and I’m beyond grateful for their excellent care. Highly recommend!
