I boarded my dog for 15 days while I traveled out of town. The staff at Happy Tails takes good care while I’m unable to be there everyday. My dog is always happy to see me but gets lots of attention while I’m gone. The facility also has grooming in same space so I can have my dog shampooed & groomed for my arrival home. Very grateful for the good service Happy Tails provides.

I have been bringing my English Bulldog, Taz, to Happy Tails for the past three years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. From day one, they have treated both Taz and me with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff is phenomenal. You can tell they truly love the dogs and take the time to get to know each one’s personality. Bulldogs aren’t always the easiest breed, and they handle Taz with patience, attentiveness, and so much affection. It gives me complete peace of mind knowing he is safe, cared for, and genuinely happy while he’s there. The management team is equally impressive. After my Golden passed away I rescued a 2.5 yr old male mix to join my pack, therapy dog Jupiter and me. My plan is forTed to also become a therapy dog🙏😄 I had used the daycare services yrs ago with my first GR so I didn’t hesitate to come back fir their help. I’ve got more than I bargained for. Because Shannon, their on-site trainer, has the experience and expertise in service dogs & AKC CGC She trains him while he is there for daycare. I can’t tell you how important this is with my schedule and my timeline for evaluating him for Therapy work. (BTW they have great groomers ❤️)

I've been bringing my dogs here for the past 15 years and they always treated my dogs extremely well. I had an experience at another place that when I picked my dogs up after a three day stay, they smelled like feces. I never had a bad experience with happy tails . I endured a tremendous loss last month when a tree fell on my house . I cannot imagine how things would have been if happy tails didn't help me with the care if my 2 dogs while I was trying to get family situation in order. They took care of my dogs ( one is 14 years old) with a physical handicap for over 1 months. Thanks to all of the staff at happy tails from Cujo, Smokey and Carlos Brown.

I had a great experience with Happy Tails From drop off to pick up the staff was outstanding! They took great care on my dog. The unexpected part the “Report Card” the next day, full of pics of her playing with the other dogs and a report on how she behaved. Very professional and can’t wait to use their services again! I highly recommend Happy Tails!
