Happy Tails Grooming

This was a very pleasant groomer experience for me. I called and was given a same day appointment for my nervous shepherd with accommodation allowing me to go in the back to keep him calm. Morgan was very polite and answered my questions as well as patient with my dog's squirming and whining. He got bathed, ears and face cleaned, blown, brushed, dremeled, and his teeth were brushed. Finally, he got a fragrance spray of my choice. He looks and smells great and I'll be going back next time he needs a deep cleaning

I requested just a plain bath over the phone during booking…when I got there, they asked if the plan for a de shed bath and face and behind was ok…once again at drop off I told them that I just wanted a plain bath. Nothing else. I already trim nails and do everything else. I let them know again that I just wanted a bath and for him to smell good. When I picked our dog up, it was $95! Once I got outside I realized that our poor English setter’s beautiful feathering from his hind legs back was all gone! We have been working to grow that out for an entire 10 months (he is now 10 months old)! Feathering on his tail was gone at the end and cut bluntly. His long silky gorgeous English setter hair was trimmed ALL over his entire body! The feathering on his stomach had been taken away! H

We were so happy with the way Phoebe Layne looked when we picked her up! We loved the fact that we had a consultation with the groomer. This allowed them to get to know her before her appointment and recommendations given by the groomer based on her hair, age, ect. Could not be happier!

Staff is very friendly and experienced! They did such a great job with my pup!

A very nice place to take your pet. They are caring people. DJ does a great job with bathing our dog, Lucy.
