Happy Tails

First time visit and they were amazing!! I dropped Tora (med long hair) off at 7:45ish and they got her done by 1pm. They called me twice with updates (I really appreciated that)! We got a bath and hair cut done, because she has longer hair and had some mats on her butt total was $160 (totally worth it). Undercoat is completely smooth and no loose hair is to be found- nails, paw pad, and sanitary areas are trimmed to perfection!! :) Thank you Happy Tails!!!

I’ve been a client of Paul’s and Happy Tails since 2002, and I can confidently say they are the best in the business. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my dog's specific needs. The grooming itself was exceptional. Unfortunately, I am not reviewing the services rendered by this establishment, but rather the beautiful humanity of the people who work here. A little less than a year ago, my rental car was broken into; the window was smashed and my backpack was stolen. The police told me that they had been following the suspect all night and that they would call me with any updates. The next morning, Jason, from Happy Tails, found me on social media and messaged me saying that he had found my backpack and all of my missing items in the parking lot in front of the store. I was thrilled! I stopped by Happy Tails Pet Grooming the following morning to pick everything up. Jason and another gentleman were welcoming and apologetic upon hearing what happened. They returned everything that went missing and ask

Finally took our long-haired cat for a trim here. I was a bit nervous since I'd never taken my cat to a groomer before but Paul was very reassuring and helpful. She came home all clean, neck and even paws nicely trimmed and very happy :) Very nice people and great service!

My shy chiweenie doesn’t love getting her nails done but she’ll acquiesce if we go to Happy Tails. They have a way with her that allays her fears and her nails come out short enough to last at least 6 weeks!
